— Ownership —
What comes with the piece.
Everything that happens after an AMCA leaves the atelier. Nothing here is a promise we cannot keep — each commitment is written into the paperwork that accompanies your console.
01
Authentication
Every AMCA carries a discreet identity plaque and a matching entry in our atelier registry. Ownership can be verified privately at any point in the piece's life.
02
Certificate of Origin
A signed certificate accompanies each console — recording the model, finish, serial number and the atelier team that built it.
03
Serial Number
Numbered edition. The serial is engraved into the structure, referenced on the certificate, and paired with the owner in our registry.
04
Warranty
Structural and finish warranty covering manufacturing defects. Terms are provided in writing with each order — always specific, never overstated.
05
Delivery
White-glove crated shipping, coordinated by our atelier. Delivery windows are scheduled directly with the owner or their appointed representative.
06
Installation
On-site placement, leveling and cable integration performed by trained partners in select regions, or fully documented for the owner's preferred installer.
07
Maintenance
A concise care guide is delivered with each piece — surfaces, hardware, and signal path. The finish is designed to be maintained with the same discipline as an automotive body.
08
Spare Parts
Wear components — cables, mounts, gaskets — are stocked at the atelier and can be ordered by owners for the life of the piece.
09
Future Updates
When a compatible device generation changes, we offer a limited retrofit program on the internal cable and mount architecture, coordinated case by case.
10
After-Sales
Owners have a direct line to the atelier. Questions, service requests and refinishing consultations are handled by the team that built the piece.
